Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of Aiiplan's websites, mobile applications, software, APIs, services, infrastructure, networks, and related technologies (collectively, the "Platform"). The purpose of this AUP is to protect the security, reliability, integrity, and availability of the Platform and its users.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
1. General Requirements
Users must use the Platform responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights of others or the operation of the Platform. Users may not engage in activities that:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Harm the Platform or its users.
- Compromise security.
- Disrupt services.
- Interfere with Platform operations.
- Circumvent Platform policies.
2. Malware and Malicious Code
Users may not upload, distribute, transmit, deploy, or facilitate the use of malicious software or harmful code. Prohibited activities include:
- Malware distribution.
- Viruses.
- Worms.
- Trojans.
- Spyware.
- Ransomware.
- Keyloggers.
- Malicious scripts.
- Cryptojacking software.
- Destructive code.
Any attempt to introduce harmful software into the Platform may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
3. Unauthorized Access and Hacking
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, database, network, application, or service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Hacking.
- Credential theft.
- Password attacks.
- Brute-force attacks.
- Exploitation of vulnerabilities.
- Privilege escalation.
- Session hijacking.
- Unauthorized penetration testing.
- Circumvention of access controls.
Aiiplan actively monitors for unauthorized activity and may report violations to law enforcement authorities.
4. Data Scraping and Automated Collection
Users may not collect, harvest, extract, scrape, copy, monitor, or otherwise obtain data from the Platform through automated means without prior written authorization. Prohibited activities include:
- Web scraping.
- Data mining.
- Automated extraction.
- Screen scraping.
- Crawling protected content.
- Bulk collection of user information.
- Unauthorized database replication.
Reasonable indexing by authorized search engines may be permitted where expressly allowed.
5. Reverse Engineering and Software Misuse
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer software.
- Decompile applications.
- Disassemble code.
- Attempt to discover source code.
- Derive algorithms.
- Create derivative works.
- Circumvent software protections.
- Access proprietary technologies without authorization.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
6. API Abuse
Users accessing Aiiplan APIs must comply with all applicable API documentation and usage requirements. Users may not:
- Exceed rate limits.
- Circumvent API restrictions.
- Generate excessive requests.
- Abuse authentication systems.
- Use APIs for unauthorized purposes.
- Access data beyond authorized permissions.
- Interfere with API availability.
Aiiplan reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or revoke API access at any time.
7. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Users may not use the Platform to distribute unwanted, deceptive, or excessive communications. Prohibited activities include:
- Spam messages.
- Bulk unsolicited communications.
- Phishing attempts.
- Fraudulent marketing.
- Mass promotional campaigns.
- Automated messaging abuse.
All communications must comply with applicable anti-spam and consumer protection laws.
8. Automated Activity and Bots
Aiiplan may permit certain automated tools where authorized. Users may not use bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial means to:
- Create accounts in bulk.
- Manipulate Platform activity.
- Circumvent restrictions.
- Purchase tickets unfairly.
- Generate fraudulent engagement.
- Overload systems.
- Collect unauthorized information.
Authorized automation must comply with Platform requirements.
9. Interference With Services
Users may not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform. Prohibited activities include:
- Denial-of-service attacks.
- Distributed denial-of-service attacks.
- Traffic flooding.
- Resource exhaustion.
- Network disruption.
- Service degradation.
- Platform manipulation.
Any activity that negatively impacts platform performance may result in immediate enforcement action.
10. Security Controls and Safeguards
Users may not bypass, disable, defeat, remove, interfere with, or otherwise circumvent security measures implemented by Aiiplan. Examples include:
- Authentication controls.
- Identity verification systems.
- Fraud prevention systems.
- Access restrictions.
- Encryption protections.
- Monitoring systems.
- Security features.
Attempts to evade security controls are strictly prohibited.
11. Protection of User Information
Users may not:
- Collect personal information without authorization.
- Share confidential information improperly.
- Disclose protected information.
- Sell user data.
- Misuse personal information obtained through the Platform.
Users must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
12. Security Research
Aiiplan supports responsible security practices. Security testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or related activities may only be conducted with prior written authorization from Aiiplan. Unauthorized testing may be treated as a violation of this Policy.
13. Monitoring and Enforcement
Aiiplan reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform to protect users, systems, and services. Where permitted by law, Aiiplan may:
- Investigate suspected violations.
- Restrict access.
- Suspend accounts.
- Terminate accounts.
- Remove content.
- Block IP addresses.
- Revoke API access.
- Report activity to authorities.
- Pursue legal remedies.
14. Changes to This Policy
Aiiplan may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
