Community Guidelines

Aiiplan is committed to creating a safe, trusted, professional, and inclusive platform for event organizers, attendees, vendors, venues, service providers, sponsors, and community members.
These Community Guidelines establish the standards that apply to all users of the Aiiplan platform, including websites, mobile applications, events, communications, content, and related services. By using Aiiplan, you agree to follow these Guidelines and all applicable laws.
Our Community Principles
We expect all users to:
- Act honestly and professionally.
- Treat others with respect.
- Comply with applicable laws.
- Protect the safety of the community.
- Provide accurate information.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Maintain the integrity of the Platform.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, termination, legal action, or referral to law enforcement.
1. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
Users may not engage in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or dishonest conduct. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating fraudulent accounts.
- Providing false identity information.
- Misrepresenting event details.
- Submitting false documents.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
- Payment fraud.
- Refund abuse.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Financial scams.
- Selling nonexistent products or services.
Aiiplan reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and take immediate action.
2. Fake Events
Events listed on Aiiplan must be genuine and accurately represented. Users may not:
- Create fictitious events.
- Advertise events that do not exist.
- Misrepresent event locations.
- Misrepresent event dates or times.
- Falsely advertise event features.
- Mislead attendees regarding event participation.
Events determined to be deceptive may be removed without notice.
3. Fake Tickets and Unauthorized Sales
Users may not:
- Sell counterfeit tickets.
- Sell unauthorized tickets.
- Duplicate tickets.
- Alter ticket credentials.
- Circumvent ticket verification systems.
- Misrepresent ticket ownership.
Aiiplan may cancel tickets, freeze transactions, or suspend accounts involved in ticket fraud.
4. Harassment and Bullying
Aiiplan does not tolerate harassment of any kind. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Bullying.
- Intimidation.
- Unwanted contact.
- Repeated unwanted messages.
- Stalking.
- Personal attacks.
- Abusive conduct.
- Sexual harassment.
Users should feel safe participating in events and using the Platform.
5. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content or behavior that promotes hatred, discrimination, or exclusion is prohibited. Users may not attack, demean, threaten, or discriminate against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics. Aiiplan may immediately remove content and suspend accounts involved in hate-based conduct.
6. Threats, Violence, and Dangerous Conduct
Users may not:
- Threaten physical harm.
- Encourage violence.
- Promote dangerous activities.
- Coordinate violent acts.
- Display or promote unlawful weapons activity.
- Create safety risks for attendees or participants.
Credible threats may be reported to law enforcement.
7. Illegal Activities
The Platform may not be used for unlawful purposes. Examples include:
- Money laundering.
- Fraud schemes.
- Human trafficking.
- Unauthorized gambling.
- Sale of stolen goods.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Identity theft.
- Criminal activity.
Aiiplan reserves the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
8. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Users may not use the Platform to distribute spam or unwanted communications. Prohibited activities include:
- Mass unsolicited messages.
- Automated spam campaigns.
- Misleading promotions.
- Excessive advertising.
- Phishing attempts.
- Malicious links.
Accounts engaged in spam may be suspended immediately.
9. Copyright Protection
Users must respect intellectual property rights. Users may not:
- Upload copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Distribute copyrighted content unlawfully.
- Use copyrighted media without permission.
- Circumvent copyright protections.
Aiiplan responds to valid copyright complaints and may remove infringing content.
10. Trademark Protection
Users may not:
- Use another company's trademark without authorization.
- Misrepresent affiliation with a brand.
- Create confusion regarding sponsorship or endorsement.
- Use logos or branding unlawfully.
Trademark complaints may result in content removal or account restrictions.
11. Misleading Advertising and Promotions
All advertisements, promotions, sponsorships, and event descriptions must be truthful and accurate. Users may not:
- Make false claims.
- Misrepresent pricing.
- Misrepresent sponsorships.
- Conceal material information.
- Engage in deceptive marketing practices.
12. Impersonation
Users may not impersonate:
- Individuals.
- Businesses.
- Event organizers.
- Public figures.
- Government agencies.
- Aiiplan employees or representatives.
Accounts engaged in impersonation may be terminated immediately.
13. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Users may not:
- Share accounts with unauthorized individuals.
- Sell access to accounts.
- Transfer accounts without authorization.
- Access another user's account without permission.
- Attempt to bypass security controls.
14. Circumvention of Platform Fees
Users may not use Aiiplan to identify customers, attendees, vendors, organizers, or service providers and then complete transactions outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding fees. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Redirecting transactions off-platform.
- Soliciting direct payment to avoid fees.
- Circumventing payment systems.
- Avoiding commissions or service fees.
Aiiplan may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fee avoidance schemes.
15. User Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for content they post, upload, submit, or distribute through the Platform. Content must not:
- Violate laws.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Contain malware.
- Include deceptive information.
- Threaten public safety.
- Violate these Guidelines.
Aiiplan reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content at its discretion.
16. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations through Aiiplan's reporting tools or by contacting our Trust & Safety team. Reports should include sufficient information to allow investigation. Aiiplan may investigate reports and take appropriate action.
17. Enforcement
Aiiplan may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove content.
- Issue warnings.
- Restrict features.
- Suspend accounts.
- Terminate accounts.
- Cancel events.
- Freeze transactions.
- Withhold payouts.
- Report unlawful activity to authorities.
- Pursue legal remedies.
Aiiplan reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Community Guidelines.
18. Changes to These Guidelines
Aiiplan may update these Community Guidelines periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
