DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Aiiplan ("Aiiplan," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Aiiplan platform ("Platform") to do the same. This DMCA Copyright Policy describes the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications, responding to counter-notifications, addressing repeat infringement, and removing content that may violate copyright laws. This Policy is intended to comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512.
1. Copyright Compliance
Aiiplan respects the intellectual property rights of creators, copyright owners, licensors, artists, photographers, videographers, businesses, and other rights holders. Users may not upload, publish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise make available content that infringes the copyrights of others. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content submitted to the Platform does not violate applicable copyright laws.
2. Copyright Complaint Process
If you believe that content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform.
- Your full legal name.
- Your mailing address.
- Your telephone number.
- Your email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay review or prevent processing.
3. Review and Content Removal Procedures
Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, Aiiplan may review the complaint, investigate the reported content, request additional information, temporarily disable access to content, remove content from the Platform, restrict user privileges, suspend accounts, and terminate accounts where appropriate. Aiiplan reserves the right to remove content that may expose the Platform to legal risk, even where a formal complaint has not yet been received.
4. Counter-Notice Process
If content has been removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint, the affected user may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include identification of the removed content, the location where the content appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, the user's full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and a physical or electronic signature. Aiiplan may forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. Where permitted by law, removed content may be restored if the complainant does not initiate legal action within the applicable statutory period.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Aiiplan maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or repeatedly submit infringing content may be subject to warning notices, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and loss of Platform privileges. Aiiplan reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, what constitutes repeat infringement.
6. Misrepresentations
Submitting false copyright notices or false counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Users may be responsible for damages, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from material misrepresentations made in connection with DMCA procedures. Aiiplan reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations before uploading content to the Platform. Examples include photographs, videos, music, artwork, logos, written content, marketing materials, event materials, and promotional content. Users may not upload content that they do not have the legal right to use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aiiplan acts as an online service provider and marketplace platform. Aiiplan does not pre-screen all user-generated content and is not responsible for content submitted by users. Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for Aiiplan to monitor all Platform content.
9. Policy Updates
Aiiplan may modify this DMCA Copyright Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised version. Aiiplan may update its designated DMCA Agent information from time to time.
