Identity Verification Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Identity Verification Policy ("Policy") describes the identity verification procedures used by Aiiplan ("Aiiplan," "we," "our," or "us") to help maintain a secure, trustworthy, and compliant platform. This Policy applies to event organizers, attendees, vendors, service providers, sponsors, venues, contractors, and other users of the Aiiplan platform ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing Platform services, receiving payments, publishing events, offering services, or participating in transactions through the Platform, users agree to this Policy.

1. Purpose of Verification

Aiiplan uses identity verification procedures to promote trust and safety, prevent fraud and abuse, protect users and transactions, support payment processing requirements, comply with legal obligations, detect suspicious activity, reduce account misuse, and protect Platform integrity. Verification requirements may vary depending on account type, transaction volume, service category, or risk level.

2. Government Identification Collection

Aiiplan may require users to provide valid government-issued identification. Acceptable forms may include Driver's License, State Identification Card, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Government-Issued Identity Documents, and other legally acceptable identification documents. Identification documents must be valid and unexpired, match account information, be clear and legible, and not be altered or manipulated. Submission of false or fraudulent documents is prohibited.

3. Selfie Verification

Aiiplan may require users to complete selfie verification procedures to confirm identity and reduce fraudulent activity. Verification may involve real-time image capture, facial comparison technology, liveness detection technology, and security verification procedures. Users must provide accurate and authentic verification information. Failure to complete selfie verification may restrict access to certain Platform features.

4. Address Verification

Aiiplan may request proof of address to confirm identity, business legitimacy, regulatory compliance, or payment eligibility. Acceptable documentation may include utility bills, bank statements, government correspondence, lease agreements, and other approved documents. Address information must be accurate and current.

5. Phone Verification

Users may be required to verify ownership of a telephone number. Verification methods may include SMS verification codes, voice verification procedures, and security authentication processes. Users are responsible for maintaining access to verified telephone numbers associated with their accounts.

6. Email Verification

Users must maintain a valid email address associated with their account. Verification may require email confirmation links, security confirmation codes, and account authentication procedures. Failure to maintain a valid email address may result in account restrictions.

7. Fraud Prevention Measures

Aiiplan may use automated and manual review processes to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. Fraud prevention measures may include transaction monitoring, identity verification reviews, behavioral analysis, risk assessments, payment verification, device verification, and location verification. Aiiplan reserves the right to investigate any activity believed to present fraud, security, legal, or compliance risks.

8. Account Monitoring

Aiiplan may monitor accounts, transactions, communications, and Platform activity to detect fraud, identify policy violations, protect users, investigate disputes, maintain Platform security, and comply with legal obligations. Monitoring may occur before, during, or after verification procedures.

9. Verification Reviews and Reverification

Aiiplan may require additional verification at any time. Additional verification may be requested when account information changes, suspicious activity is detected, transaction volume increases, regulatory requirements change, security concerns arise, or fraud indicators are identified. Users must cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

10. Account Restrictions and Suspension Rights

Aiiplan reserves the right to restrict, suspend, delay, freeze, or terminate accounts when verification cannot be completed, false information is provided, fraud is suspected, verification documents cannot be validated, security concerns exist, Platform policies are violated, or legal or regulatory obligations require action. Restrictions may include publishing limitations, transaction restrictions, payout holds, booking limitations, temporary suspension, and permanent account termination.

11. Data Protection

Verification information will be handled in accordance with Aiiplan's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Verification data may be used for identity confirmation, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing requirements, and security investigations. Aiiplan may utilize trusted third-party verification providers to assist with verification services.

12. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining current account information, submitting authentic documents, cooperating with verification requests, and protecting account credentials. Users may not use false identities, submit forged documents, circumvent verification procedures, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

13. Limitation of Verification Guarantees

Identity verification reduces risk but does not guarantee user honesty, user reliability, service quality, transaction outcomes, or future conduct. Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when interacting with others on the Platform.

14. Changes to This Policy

Aiiplan may modify this Identity Verification Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
