Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Cancellation Policy governs cancellations of events, vendor services, bookings, reservations, marketplace transactions, and related activities conducted through the Aiiplan platform ("Platform"). By creating events, purchasing tickets, booking vendors, providing services, or using the Platform, users agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. General Principles
Aiiplan is a technology platform that connects organizers, attendees, vendors, venues, sponsors, and service providers. Cancellation rights and obligations may vary depending on event type, vendor agreements, organizer policies, applicable laws, payment processor requirements, and circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Aiiplan reserves the right to review cancellations to protect users and maintain Platform integrity.
2. Event Cancellation Rules
Event organizers are responsible for managing their events and determining event cancellation decisions. If an organizer cancels an event, the organizer may be required to notify attendees promptly, update event information, fulfill applicable refund obligations, cooperate with payment processing requirements, and provide supporting information requested by Aiiplan. Aiiplan may suspend future event publishing privileges for organizers who repeatedly cancel events without reasonable justification and reserves the right to remove canceled events from the Platform.
3. Vendor Cancellation Rules
Vendors, venues, entertainers, contractors, service providers, sponsors, and other marketplace participants are expected to honor confirmed bookings. If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, Aiiplan may notify affected parties, restrict marketplace privileges, delay or withhold payouts, require additional verification, and review future participation eligibility. Repeated vendor cancellations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
4. Customer Cancellation Rules
Customers, attendees, and purchasers may cancel reservations, bookings, or participation requests subject to organizer policies, vendor cancellation terms, event-specific rules, and applicable laws. Cancellation requests submitted after deadlines established by organizers or vendors may not qualify for refunds. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable cancellation terms before completing purchases.
5. Event Postponements and Rescheduling
Organizers may postpone or reschedule events due to operational, logistical, safety, legal, or business reasons. In such situations, existing tickets may remain valid, alternative dates may be offered, credits may be offered, and refunds may be offered where required by law or organizer policy. Aiiplan is not responsible for losses arising from event postponements or schedule changes.
6. Emergency Situations
Events, bookings, or services may be canceled or postponed due to emergencies, including public safety concerns, medical emergencies, government restrictions, security incidents, facility closures, utility failures, and transportation disruptions. Aiiplan may take emergency actions necessary to protect users, attendees, vendors, and the Platform.
7. Weather-Related Events
Outdoor events and weather-dependent activities may be affected by hurricanes, tornadoes, severe storms, flooding, snowstorms, extreme heat, extreme cold, and other hazardous weather conditions. Organizers and vendors are responsible for determining whether events can safely proceed. Weather-related cancellations may be subject to organizer refund policies and applicable laws. Aiiplan is not responsible for weather-related losses or expenses incurred by users.
8. Force Majeure Events
Neither Aiiplan nor any user shall be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, cancellations, or inability to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control. Force Majeure events may include natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, epidemics, cybersecurity incidents, utility outages, and internet disruptions. Affected obligations may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
9. Notification Requirements
Users who cancel events, bookings, or services must provide accurate and timely notice through the Platform whenever possible. Failure to provide notice may affect refund eligibility, vendor eligibility, organizer standing, and Platform privileges.
10. Fraudulent Cancellations
Users may not abuse cancellation procedures. Prohibited conduct includes false cancellation claims, fraudulent refund requests, manipulation of cancellation policies, and repeated bad-faith cancellations. Aiiplan may investigate suspicious activity and take enforcement action.
11. Platform Rights
Aiiplan reserves the right to cancel fraudulent events, suspend event listings, restrict transactions, freeze payouts, investigate disputes, and remove users who violate Platform policies. These actions may be taken to protect attendees, vendors, organizers, and Platform integrity.
12. Limitation of Liability
Aiiplan is not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, vendor losses, attendee losses, or consequential damages resulting from cancellations, postponements, or interruptions.
13. Changes to This Policy
Aiiplan may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
