Aiiplan SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or through the Aiiplan platform (“Aiiplan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Aiiplan SMS Program

The Aiiplan SMS program provides messages concerning accounts, events, tickets, bookings, payments, security, customer support, and other activities associated with the Aiiplan platform.

When users provide separate marketing consent, Aiiplan may also send promotional offers, discounts, event recommendations, product announcements, and information about new features.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets, booking services, creating an account, or otherwise using Aiiplan.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By manually checking an SMS consent box, submitting an SMS opt-in form, or otherwise providing affirmative consent, you authorize Aiiplan and its authorized messaging service providers to send recurring text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided.

Your consent applies only to the categories of messages described when you opt in. Transactional and marketing consent may be collected separately when required by law.

SMS consent checkboxes are not selected automatically. You must take an affirmative action to provide consent.

3. Types of SMS Messages

Depending on your activity and communication preferences, Aiiplan messages may include:

• Account registration and verification codes.
• One-time passcodes and security alerts.
• Ticket purchase and payment confirmations.
• Refund and cancellation notifications.
• Event invitations and RSVP confirmations.
• Event reminders, updates, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Check-in and guest information.
• Service booking and appointment confirmations.
• Booking and appointment reminders.
• Customer-support communications.
• Platform and account notifications.
• Promotional messages when separate marketing consent has been provided.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, event participation, bookings, security requirements, and communication preferences. Messages may be recurring.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for SMS or MMS messages, data usage, roaming, and other telecommunications services.

Aiiplan is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Aiiplan.

After receiving your STOP request, Aiiplan may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will not receive additional SMS messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Necessary account communications may continue through other available channels, including email, push notifications, or in-app notifications.

Other supported opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

8. User-to-User Messages and Invitations

Aiiplan may allow event organizers, service providers, vendors, and other authorized users to communicate through the platform.

A user who provides another person’s telephone number represents that the person has authorized the user to provide that number and has given any consent required to receive the applicable communications.

Users may not upload telephone numbers or send messages without the recipient’s permission. Users may not send spam, harassment, fraudulent content, illegal material, or unauthorized promotional messages.

Aiiplan may suspend or terminate messaging access when it reasonably believes that a user has misused the messaging service or violated applicable laws or platform policies.

9. Privacy and Information Sharing

Aiiplan’s collection and use of personal information in connection with its SMS program are governed by the Aiiplan Privacy Policy:

Aiiplan does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Aiiplan may disclose information to trusted service providers that help operate the platform, deliver messages, provide authentication, prevent fraud, or perform related services on Aiiplan’s behalf. These providers may use the information only to perform contracted services for Aiiplan and must protect it appropriately.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery

SMS services may not be available through every wireless carrier, device, network, country, or geographic location.

Aiiplan and participating carriers do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, or delivered at a particular time. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a valid and accurate mobile telephone number.
• Update your information if your telephone number changes.
• Obtain appropriate authorization before providing another person’s telephone number.
• Protect verification codes and security messages.
• Use Aiiplan’s messaging services lawfully.
• Avoid sending spam, fraudulent messages, harassment, or unauthorized advertising.

If you receive messages intended for someone who previously used your telephone number, reply STOP to discontinue those messages.

12. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to opt in to Aiiplan SMS communications.

If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

13. Suspension or Termination

Aiiplan may suspend, restrict, or terminate SMS privileges if it reasonably believes that a user:

• Sent messages without proper consent.
• Engaged in spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
• Violated these SMS Terms.
• Misused platform communication features.
• Created a security or compliance risk.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiiplan is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, carrier or network failures, service interruptions, incorrect telephone numbers, device incompatibility, unauthorized user-generated messages, or telecommunications outages.

Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These SMS Terms

Aiiplan may update these SMS Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

When required by law, Aiiplan will provide notice or obtain additional consent before making a material change affecting SMS communications.
