Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") governs the ownership, protection, use, and enforcement of intellectual property rights associated with Aiiplan ("Aiiplan," "we," "our," or "us"), the Aiiplan platform ("Platform"), and related products and services. By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

Aiiplan invests substantial resources in developing its technology, software, branding, content, designs, and proprietary business operations. This Policy is intended to protect Aiiplan intellectual property, establish permitted and prohibited uses, prevent unauthorized use of Platform assets, protect users and business partners, and provide procedures for reporting infringement.

2. Aiiplan Trademark Protection

The names, brands, trade names, service marks, slogans, and identifying designations associated with Aiiplan are valuable intellectual property assets. Examples may include Aiiplan, Aiiplan logos, Aiiplan product names, Aiiplan service names, Aiiplan branding elements, and Aiiplan marketing identifiers. Whether registered or unregistered, such marks are owned by Aiiplan or its licensors and may not be used without prior written authorization. Nothing in this Policy grants any license, ownership interest, or right to use Aiiplan trademarks.

3. Logo Protection

Aiiplan logos, icons, symbols, graphics, badges, and visual brand assets are proprietary property of Aiiplan. Users may not copy logos, modify logos, reproduce logos, sell logo assets, incorporate logos into other branding, create confusingly similar logos, or suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without authorization. Any authorized use must comply with applicable brand guidelines and written permissions.

4. Software Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform and related software are owned by Aiiplan and its licensors. Protected materials may include source code, object code, software architecture, user interfaces, mobile applications, APIs, databases, algorithms, workflows, functional designs, and technical documentation. Except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement, users may not copy software, reverse engineer software, decompile software, disassemble software, create derivative works, attempt to access source code, or circumvent software protections.

5. Copyright Ownership

Aiiplan owns or licenses copyrights associated with Platform content and materials, including website content, mobile application content, graphics, images, videos, documentation, marketing materials, designs, user interface elements, and original written content. Such materials are protected by applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, sell, or exploit copyrighted materials without authorization.

6. Brand Usage Rules

Aiiplan may permit limited references to its brand for legitimate purposes such as news reporting, commentary, reviews, approved partnerships, and authorized promotional activities. Users may not misrepresent affiliation with Aiiplan, create confusion regarding sponsorship, imply endorsement without authorization, use Aiiplan branding in a misleading manner, or register confusingly similar domain names, usernames, or business names. Aiiplan reserves the right to revoke any previously granted permissions.

7. User Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of intellectual property rights in content they create and upload to the Platform, subject to licenses granted under applicable Platform agreements and policies. Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to submit such content.

8. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, or other intellectual property available through the Platform infringes your rights, you may submit a written infringement notice. A notice should include identification of the intellectual property at issue, description of the allegedly infringing material, location of the material on the Platform, contact information, good-faith statement regarding infringement, accuracy statement, and physical or electronic signature. Aiiplan may request additional information before taking action.

9. Investigation and Enforcement

Upon receiving a complaint, Aiiplan may review the claim, request supporting documentation, contact affected parties, remove content, disable access to materials, restrict user privileges, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies. Aiiplan reserves the right to take action whenever reasonably necessary to protect its intellectual property or the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be subject to warning notices, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, and permanent account termination. Aiiplan reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement.

11. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Aiiplan and its licensors. No provision of this Policy shall be interpreted as granting ownership, licenses, or rights in any Aiiplan intellectual property except as expressly stated in writing.

12. Policy Updates

Aiiplan may modify this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised version.

13. Trade Secrets and Confidential Information

Aiiplan's proprietary business information, trade secrets, and confidential information constitute valuable intellectual property assets. Protected confidential information may include business methods, pricing strategies, revenue models, product roadmaps, marketing plans, customer information, vendor information, analytics data, operational procedures, non-public business information, technical processes, and internal documentation. Users may not access, disclose, distribute, copy, exploit, or use confidential information except as expressly authorized in writing by Aiiplan.

14. Anti-Cloning and Competitive Use Restrictions

Users may not directly or indirectly copy the Platform, replicate Platform functionality, clone Platform features, mirror Platform workflows, duplicate Platform business processes, recreate Platform user interfaces, develop competing products using Aiiplan proprietary technology, or scrape Platform data for competitive purposes. Aiiplan reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies against unauthorized cloning, imitation, or competitive misuse of its intellectual property.

15. Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, and Automated Access Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not use artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, data extraction tools, or data harvesting technologies to access, collect, copy, reproduce, train, analyze, or exploit any Aiiplan content, software, databases, systems, or proprietary information. Unauthorized automated access may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, and other available remedies.

16. Feedback and Suggestions

If a user submits suggestions, recommendations, ideas, feedback, feature requests, enhancement proposals, comments, or other submissions regarding the Platform, such submissions shall become the property of Aiiplan to the fullest extent permitted by law. Aiiplan shall have a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, and incorporate such feedback without compensation, attribution, or obligation to the submitting party.

17. Domain Names, Usernames, and Social Media Protection

Users may not register, acquire, use, reserve, traffic in, sell, or otherwise exploit domain names, social media handles, usernames, business names, or trade names that are identical, confusingly similar, or likely to create confusion with Aiiplan trademarks, branding, logos, products, services, or proprietary identifiers. Aiiplan reserves the right to pursue transfer, cancellation, recovery, or enforcement actions regarding infringing names and identifiers.

18. Intellectual Property Registration Rights

Aiiplan may seek trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property protections now or in the future in any jurisdiction. Nothing in this Policy shall limit Aiiplan's ability to register, enforce, defend, license, assign, or otherwise protect its intellectual property rights.

19. Injunctive Relief

Users acknowledge that unauthorized use of Aiiplan intellectual property may cause irreparable harm that cannot be adequately compensated through monetary damages alone. Accordingly, Aiiplan may seek injunctive relief, equitable remedies, temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, permanent injunctions, and other remedies available under applicable law.

20. Reservation of All Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interests in and to the Platform, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, content, databases, trade secrets, inventions, business methods, proprietary information, and other intellectual property are reserved by Aiiplan and its licensors. No ownership rights, licenses, or permissions are granted except as expressly provided in writing by Aiiplan.
